Does my payment automatically renew?
Yes. It will automatically renew on the card you use at registration for your original purchase. You can manage your payments in the backend.
Am I limited on activations or number of sites supported?
Currently we allow 25 sites to be supported per plugin purchase.
Because the products are free when you are a member you can make an additional purchase for extra API Keys.
At this stage we cannot provide unlimited API Keys due to database limitations on our website.
If I become a member what happens to the products I have already purchased?
They will continue to be billed as per the original purchase.
To fix this you can check our knowledge base for step by step instructions.
Basically you need to cancel the old subscriptions and then create new orders under your membership account (which are free) and replace your API Keys.
Do my plugins stop working if I cancel my account?
No. They will continue to work but the automated updates and API key will not longer work. You will also not have access to the support team here at Divi Framework and M R K Websites.
Do you accept offline payments?
No. You can only pay online with a credit card or with PayPal.
