URL parameters with Gravity Forms – video tutorial and download
Did you know you can send parameters to a gravity form and pre populate it?
In this video I show you exactly how this is done.
Want to download the form so you can upload it and follow along?
No problems – download the form here. You will need a gravity form license to make use of this form and you will also need to know how to upload a form.
I personally use this technique for support form payments and initial consult forms. Its really good an doing this sort of thing because you can populate reference numbers, names and address details as well as prices and payment data all in the URL.
It makes it very easy for your end users and overall has made it much easier for me to get paid.
Take a look at the tutorial and keep an eye out for the next one in the series.
Gravity Form Series Delay
Well – Its typical – you make a commitment to upload every day and you loose your voice. Completely the opposite of what you expect.
I came down with a flu this week and completely lost my voice yesterday. Its slowly coming back and I expect to resume this series later in the week.
Sorry for the delay but lesson learned for me.
Pre Record a week before I announce the upload is a new rule here at Divi Framework.
Thanks for your understanding.

Running totals are really important in product configurations or quote builders.
A lot of WordPress administrators don’t realise that you can actually make this work with Gravity Forms, and it is very easy to have that running total working for a product configuration.
Having someone show you how is always helpful.
In this video we do exactly that, show you how to have a gravity form perform a running total for a product configuration.
You may want to take a shortcut and download the form, we have made it available below.
